- Pic by @simphiwenkwali ” July 10, 2013. Ndebele initiates singing as part of the ritual during their home coming celebrations on July 10, 2013 at Wolwenkop in Mpumalanga, South Africa. In the African culture young boys go through a traditional initiation process, which is considered as the coming of age where a boy enters into manhood. The ritual involves circumcision and cultural instruction regarding their social responsibilities and conduct.
